Terms of sale

The General Conditions of Sale define the conditions applicable to the sales concluded between on the one hand the persons carrying out a purchase via the Internet site of NCMG SAS www.nuvees.com, hereafter called "the Customer" and on the other hand the company NCMG SAS, hereafter called "Nuvées". These conditions concern exclusively the non-trading physical persons.

I/ Price of the articles and Order


All the prices are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax except share in the expenses of forwarding (see paragraph Forwarding and Delivery)

The validity of the prices of the items offered on Nuvées is 24 hours from their publication on the site www.nuvees.com. The articles will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the recording of the orders. They remain the property of Nuvées until full payment is received by Nuvées.


The Customer can place an order on the website www.nuvees.com or by telephone from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at: +33(0)9 77 08 01 51

The ordering process is as follows:

  • Choice of items and addition to the basket
  • Validation of the contents of the basket
  • Identification on the site www.nuvees.com if the Customer is not already identified or filling in the fields to give his/her details
  • Choice of delivery method
  • Choice of payment method
  • Validation of the payment

During these different stages, the Customer will be able to view the details of his order and its total price and correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance. The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the order. Nuvées reserves the ownership of the articles until the order has been paid in full, i.e. the price of the order has been received by Nuvées. Nuvées reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or who, in its opinion, presents any form of risk.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the items available for sale. Nuvées undertakes to honour the orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. If one or more items ordered are not available, Nuvées undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and, if necessary, to reimburse the Customer at the latest within 14 days of the date on which the Customer exercised his/her right of withdrawal. The Customer's order will then be automatically cancelled.

Nuvées reserves the right to verify the personal data communicated by the Customer and to adopt all measures deemed necessary to verify that the person who placed the order is the person who holds the Customer account and/or the means of payment used, in order to avoid any identity theft or fraudulent payment.

II/ Shipping and Delivery

Same day shipping:

Nuvées aims to guarantee the best possible delivery times so that you can have your products quickly.

Except in exceptional cases, Nuvées ships the same day all orders placed:

- before 3pm Monday to Friday

- before 11am on Saturday

subject to validation of payment and excluding public holidays

Price of the delivery :

The shipping costs will be specified to the User during the final validation of his order.

In metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg:

  • At home with the Post Office (approx. 2/3 days in France and approx. 4 days for Belgium and Luxembourg):Free
  • In a relay point via Mondial Relay(between 3 and 6 days):Free(the choice of the relay point is made after the payment, but you can see the map of the Mondial Relay points byclicking here)
  • Express, the next day before 1pm at home with Chronopost 13 (except Sunday):10€.

The times indicated are those of the delivery time. We normally ship orders placed before 3pm the same day. However, please see the "same day shipping" section below for more information.

In French overseas departments and regions (DROM) + New Caledonia :

  • At home with the Post Office: 15€

The product is sold without VAT (20% less than the displayed price). However, the customer will receive an invoice from the Post Office, with the costs related to the import of the product (local VAT + Octroi de mer). This amount, which may vary slightly depending on the destination, is approximately equivalent to the French VAT (20% of the total price).

    In the rest of the EU (except France, Belgium, Luxembourg) + Switzerland:

    • At home with the Post Office: 8€

    Attention: for Switzerland, import fees (like Swiss VAT) may be applied by the Swiss customs.

        Condition of the package upon delivery :

        The Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered items. Any anomaly concerning the articles (damage, missing article compared to the order form, damaged or opened parcel, broken article...) will have to be imperatively indicated in the 3 days following the delivery.

        III/ Payment

        Means of payment

        The payment of the purchases is carried out with the choice of the Customer:

        • by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX
        • by Apple Pay

        Security of transactions

        Nuvées implements all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the web and on the website www.nuvees.com

        Fight against credit card fraud

        Nuvées reserves the right to verify the personal data communicated by the Customer and to adopt all measures deemed necessary to verify that the person whose bank account is debited is indeed the person who placed the order, in order to avoid any fraudulent payment. This verification may take the form of a request for proof of identity and/or residence. If the Customer fails to respond to a request of this type within 2 days following the request made by Nuvées, the order in question will be automatically cancelled, without any possibility of subsequent complaint.

        Nuvées will also be free to cancel an order directly if it presents one or more risk factors of fraudulent use of a bank card.

        IV/ Exchange, return and refund

        a/ Right of withdrawal


        You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days from receipt of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. e-mail or letter sent by post). In order for the withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

        Effects of withdrawal:

        You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract using the original invoice. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We do not bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for the depreciation of the good resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the good. The product must therefore be new in its original packaging and returned with the original labels.

        b/ Return

        At Nuvées, the Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the items to inform us of his/her desire to return the items. For all purchases, the return postage is free if the parcel is returned from Metropolitan France, Belgium or Luxembourg. In all other cases, the return postage costs are at the customer's expense.

        This right of return within 14 days does not limit the legal rights and guarantees.

        Condition of the items:

        All returned items must be returned perfectly intact in their original packaging and with the original labels.

        Upon receipt of the package, Nuvées will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the Customer and if this use or damage makes the items unfit for sale.

        Process and conditions of return for refund

        1. Make a return request via the contact form (contact page), by email to "bonjour@nuvees.com" or by WhatsApp(+33 7 82 79 60 06). The Customer must specify which item(s) is (are) concerned and his order number. Upon receipt and within 24 hours (working day), we will send you a confirmation and the return form (for France, Belgium and Luxembourg)

        2. Return the parcel by post to the following address within fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to return.

          3. We will refund all payments received without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may defer the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever is the earlier. We will issue a refund using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method, and in any event, no charge will be made to you for such refund. Nuvées will not issue a cash refund for the return of an item or items paid for by gift card. The corresponding card will automatically be credited with the corresponding amount by the partner concerned.

          Return of the good product

          The Customer must imperatively return the product purchased on the sitewww.nuvees.com, new and unworn, for which he/she has exercised his/her right of withdrawal or his/her request for return. If the Customer does not return the correct product, Nuvées will send him an email inviting him to collect it at his own expense, and this within two months of the date of the email. After this period, Nuvées will consider itself to be the owner in the sense of article 2276, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, which states: "In the case of furniture, possession is equivalent to title".

          Moreover, in the absence of restitution of the goods subject to the right of withdrawal, Nuvées reserves the right to file a complaint for breach of trust (Article 314-1, paragraph 2 states that: "The breach of trust is punishable by three years imprisonment and a fine of 375,000 euros").

          VI/ Guarantee

          All items offered by Nuvées are subject to the legal guarantee provided by articles L 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and to the guarantee of hidden defects provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

          The Customer has two (2) years to make use of either of these guarantees. For the lack of conformity, the period runs from the date of delivery. For hidden defects, the time limit runs from the discovery of the defect.

          If the apparent defect, the lack of conformity or the hidden defect of the item, declared by the Customer, is proven, after expertise, Nuvées may proceed to repair or replace the Product. If this is impossible, Nuvées reserves the right to reimburse the Customer at its own expense.

          Nuvées shall not be held responsible for the misuse and/or intensive use of the items by the Customer. Similarly, Nuvées shall not be held responsible for the return of a competing product and/or one not sold on the Site by the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to return the correct item.

          Nuvées does not offer a commercial guarantee.

          VII/ Liability

          Nuvées is automatically responsible to the Customer for the proper execution of the contract concluded with the Customer. However, Nuvées shall not be held liable for the non-performance or poor performance of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure, the occurrence of an event attributable to the Customer or any unforeseeable and insurmountable inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses. The Nuvées site contains hypertext links that may lead to other websites. Nuvées cannot be held responsible for the content of these websites if they contravene the legal and regulatory provisions in force.

          VIII/ Retention of title

          Nuvées remains the owner of the goods until full payment of the price by the Customer.

          IX/ Intellectual property

          All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on Nuvées are reserved under copyright law as well as under intellectual property law and for the whole world. In this respect and in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only use for private purposes is authorised, subject to different, even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code. Any total or partial reproduction of the Nuvées site is strictly forbidden without prior agreement.

          X/ Mediation

          According to articles L 611-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to have recourse free of charge (except for possible lawyer and expert fees) to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute opposing him to NCMG SAS. Since 15 February 2016, the European Commission's online platform for amicable dispute resolution has been open to the public. Any consumer who encounters a dispute with a company located on the territory of the European Union has the possibility to file a mediation request through this European platform.           XI/ Applicable law

          The present general conditions of use and sale are subject to French law. In case of persistent disagreement on the application, interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be referred to the competent French courts.
